Went to the gym last night. Saw Amanda, she thought I wasn't going to show since I forgot about Tuesday's appt. But on Tuesday I did the walk again on the "hill" with Tammy. Tonight (Thursday) I'm doing the hill with Amanda, and tomorrow with Tara. This should get me in gear.
I think if I eat dinner later in the night I feel fuller closer to bedtime and don't snack as much. Maybe that is the solution.
