working out update

Went to the gym last night. Saw Amanda, she thought I wasn't going to show since I forgot about Tuesday's appt. But on Tuesday I did the walk again on the "hill" with Tammy. Tonight (Thursday) I'm doing the hill with Amanda, and tomorrow with Tara. This should get me in gear.
I think if I eat dinner later in the night I feel fuller closer to bedtime and don't snack as much. Maybe that is the solution.

exercise update

Went walking with Tammy and Lupita yesterday at the "hill", screw that, it was a mountain. http://www.localhikes.com/Hikes/TumamocHill_8520.asp

It was HARD, but did it up and down in about one hour 15 minutes.

Maybe tomorrow with Tammy, Lupita said she had to take her mother somewhere.

Then later Lupita took us to a Mexican sno cone place, would not have known it was there. Yummy fruit, condensed milk, coconut, whipped cream. Heck we burned some calories. :)

I need to be focused on losing weight. Stop buying crap it is bad bad bad. I need to eat clean and workout the times I should.
Went to the gym last night, going tonight, meeting Tammy on Monday to go walking near A mountain, these are all good. Now make good choices when I eat out.
Tried a new recipe from "Hungry Girl", it was a chicken pot pie. Pretty tasty. I add to it, a sauteed onion and some dried Tarragon and Parsley.
